Testimonial for Jarek Borgul, Insightful IT Recently, one of my customers called me and told me that their email system was sending out random spam messages to their contacts. As I have an IT background, I advised them to change their password on their email straight away. This did not resolve the issue, spam emails were still being sent out. I then called Jarek for his help. Jareks's advice was relaxed, procedural and effective. He advised to log into office.com and ensure all devices were logged out. He then checked and realised that hackers had created a rule to forward all incoming messages to all contacts. Jarek deleted this rule. Email spam forwarding was stopped. Customer very happy. Dear Jarek, I would like to thank you for the excellent service that you provided when I required a new laptop for my wife, Sheila. I explained that she was doing an online diploma so that it was important that she had a device that she could use to research, store information and write assignments on. It was also important to us that it was not a “Curry’s student type machine” that would slow down after 12 months once it received two or three updates. You gave us three different specifications from which to choose a laptop, that was built for purpose. You even advised on which Microsoft package to subscribe to. Within a couple of days, the laptop was delivered by hand from you to Sheila, who then went about setting it up. Sheila is many things, but a techno-wizard, she aint and she did run into some difficulties. After phoning you for help with the setup, you went out of your way to help her by making time to get over to see her and personally set it all up to her satisfaction.
